WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
PART ONE: GERHARDT LOYALTY PROGRAM (GLP) GENERAL TERMS
Gerhardt Loyalty program (GLP) is an exclusive, by invitation only program created specifically to reward our loyal customers.
Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) is managed and operated by Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Only company registered Gerhardt System are eligible for Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd membership. Personal Individual are not eligible for Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) membership.
A minimum of five thousand (5,000) Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points is required for a customer to be eligible to sign up as a Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) member. Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points accumulated are automatically recorded in the system, and When a Gerhardt System is purchase from Gerhardt Malaysia, an invitation to become a member will be sent to the Immediate user of the Gerhardt System owners.
An invitation to join Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) does not constitute guaranteed membership. Successful activation of membership is subject to the receipt of the completed membership sign-up form by Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Invitation to Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP ) shall be sent via the following methods:
- Through Pos Malaysia to the mailing address provided by the customer; or
- Through Gerhardt Malaysia’s Service Engineer ; or
- Through Official invitation email to the email address provided by the customer.
Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for:
- Lost or mishandled mail by Pos Malaysia due to incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event that the address provided is correct but the invitation sent is lost or mishandled, Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not responsible for such negligence on the part of Pos Malaysia.
- Lost emails due to incorrect email address provided by customer or any technical malfunction resulting in failure to extend the invitation email to customer successfully or failure for Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd to receive customer’s reply to the invitation.
Membership will be automatically renewed, provided that the member’s Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points are more than or equal to 5,000 and fulfils any one of the following criteria within two (2) years from the month of joining/renewal:
- Purchase of a Gerhardt System from Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd or the dealer certified by Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd, or
- Service at least 1 times a year for a total up to a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000), or
- Purchase consumables a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia one Thousand (RM1,000)
- For the purpose of items 1,2,3; the purchase, servicing and repairing of a Gerhardt System must be performed at any of Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd authorized Service engineer only.
Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) is not a redemption program. Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points are only used as a qualifying criterion to become a Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) member.
B. Accumulation of Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points
1.0 Gerhardt Loyalty Program points can be earned through the following methods and is valid for the specified period:

2.0 Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) point’s accumulation through purchase of a Gerhardt System and shall be effective from 1 January 2014 onwards.
3.0 Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) point’s calculation for a customer is a combination of all Gerhardt System registered under the same Customer ID. Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) point are non-transferable
4.0 Sales amount will be rounded up to the next Ringgit when the total sales include a fractional Ringgit of RM0.50 or more. Sales amount is taken, as the amount after General Sales Tax (GST) and Government Tax are added and it is the amount paid for by the customer.
5.0 Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) points mentioned in above must be Gerhardt system sold by Gerhardt Malaysia from January 2014. Customer which bought the Gerhardt system previously from Distributor (before February 2014) may obtain service and purchase of consumables from Gerhardt Malaysia to qualify as a member of the Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) with minimum amount of RM 1,000.00 purchase.
C. Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) Benefits & Privileges
1.0 Gerhardt Loyalty Program offers the following year-round standard benefits to its members
1.1 Priority delivery of a new Gerhardt System.
1.1.1 This refers to a shorter waiting period for system purchased by Gerhardt Loyalty Program members.
1.1.2 This benefit is subject to availability of the model and stock allocation.
1.1.3 A shorter waiting period is subject to agreement or acceptance by the Gerhardt Loyalty Program member. In the event the Gerhardt Loyalty Program member disagrees or does not accept the early system allocation, the status of customer waiting period shall resume back to the original; queue schedule.
1.1.4 The shorter system waiting period is offered at the discretion of Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd and is strictly for Gerhardt Loyalty Program members only.
1.2 Complimentary consumables for purchasing new Gerhardt System.
1.2.1 Every new Gerhardt system is only entitled to one (1) complimentary consumables during the System delivery. This privilege is not transferable and cannot be exercised in proxy for other parties.

1.3 5% discount on system servicing.
1.3.1 This discount is only applicable to members who service their Gerhardt System by Gerhardt Malaysia certified Engineer.
1.3.2 This discount is subject to availability and prevailing promotion’s or campaign’s terms and conditions.
1.4 Free Bi-annually membership renewal Gerhardt Malaysia Loyalty Program (GLP).
1.4.1 Free yearly renewal for Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) membership is offered to all Gerhardt System under the member’s name and each of these system must be serviced at least once a year by Gerhardt Malaysia certified engineer.
1.5 Temporary System is given to a Gerhardt Loyalty Program member when a member’s Gerhardt System breakdown in the followings situation:
1.5.1 The system has been diagnose by Gerhardt Malaysia certified engineer that it needed to send back to manufacturer for repair
1.5.2 The spare parts are unavailable and cannot be obtain within 14 working days
1.5.3 The temporary models provided is depends on availability (It may be different model from the user model)
2.0 The benefits and privileges of a Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) membership are:
2.1 not transferable, cannot be combined with other customer benefits or exchangeable for cash or credit in part or in full.
2.2 applies strictly to Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) members only and cannot be exercised in proxy for other parties. Family members of Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) members are not entitled to the benefits and privileges of Gerhardt Loyalty Program unless otherwise specified.
2.3 subject to availability. Gerhardt Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw or substitute them with others of similar or different value without prior notice.
2.4 offered to Gerhardt Loyalty Program members at the sole and absolute discretion of Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn bhd.
3.0 Members must be in possession of a Gerhardt System throughout the duration of their Gerhardt Loyalty Program membership to be eligible for all the benefits and privileges of the program.
D. Gerhardt Loyalty Program (GLP) Members’ Responsibilities
1. It is the responsibilities of Gerhardt Loyalty Program Members to:
1.1 keep Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd informed of any change in mailing address and other means of contact. Gerhardt Malaysia shall not be held responsible for incorrect member contact information that may result in failure to extend the benefit(s) to the members.
1.2 keep Gerhardt Malaysia informed of all Gerhardt System purchased and registered under the same member’s name. Gerhardt Malaysia has the right to request a copy of the Latest Service Report as a proof of ownership.
E. Usage of GLP Voucher
1.0 The GLP Vouchers shall:
1.1 be redeemable from Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd
1.2 GLP Vouchers points; 200 points equivalent to RM 10. Minimum redeem is 1000 points (RM 50)
1.3 not be exchangeable for cash and is not transferable; and
1.4 have a validity period of one(1) year unless otherwise specified.
1.5 All members must clearly inform Gerhardt Malaysia on the coming order that wanted to use the voucher. Members have to inform Gerhardt Malaysia before the Gerhardt Malaysia received the official PO. If the PO is raise, usage of GLP vouchers is not accepted. However, members can use it on the next coming order.
2.0 All members must inform Gerhardt Malaysia in the event of any change in the Gerhardt System ownership, which may affect the usage of and entitlement to the GLP Voucher.
3.0 Gerhardt Malaysia will not be responsible and shall not refund any GLP Voucher value that is erroneously utilised as a result of Gerhardt Malaysia not being duly informed of a change in the ownership of the System.
